Eunika brings more than a decade of experience supporting private households as a personal assistant and house manager for several families. In these roles, she oversaw the daily operations of high-end residences, coordinated vendors and service providers, managed household schedules, and ensured each property remained organized, prepared, and running smoothly.
Her work required discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arose—qualities that are essential when caring for private homes. Through years of managing residential environments and supporting homeowners directly, Eunika developed a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain a well-run household and protect the comfort and condition of a home.
Aaron brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, including time working at world-renowned five-star and five-diamond resorts within the Ritz-Carlton collection. As a concierge, he specialized in anticipating guest needs, coordinating complex requests, and delivering the highest level of personalized service expected in the world’s finest hospitality environments.
This background developed a service philosophy centered on professionalism, responsiveness, and thoughtful attention to detail. Today, Aaron applies the same concierge-level approach to property oversight and estate care, ensuring every home receives the attentive and reliable service it deserves.
Together, Aaron and Eunika combine experience in luxury hospitality and private residence management, creating a unique foundation for the services offered through WellReside.
In addition to their professional backgrounds, they have volunteered with a local nonprofit organization supporting a community design review committee, where they assisted with property and design inspections.
